CW TOPS

In addition to our accreditation process, each school is visited regularly by our CW Wow Department to ensure the quality of our schools. We have the highest expectations for our schools and require top performance in every area. Each classroom is observed three times a year and evaluated in the following areas: Teacher Interaction, Health and Safety, Environment, Curriculum and Classroom Routines.

We give TOPS awards to our many outstanding teachers. Schools receive a TOPS School distinction when they demonstrate excellence in all areas.

At Creative World, we maintain our high standards by examining our practices on a regular basis to ensure consistency and everyday excellence of our schools.

Creative World Accreditations

We voluntarily participate in national accreditation programs to validate our every day commitment to excellence.

Accreditation is a rigorous outside assessment of the quality of a school. Only the best early childhood programs are awarded this mark of quality and are able to successfully pass the multifaceted review required. Accreditation judges the quality and content of a school's curriculum, the qualifications and ability of its teaching team and every aspect of its operation.

During this year-long process at each school, everything is evaluated against national best practices in the early childhood field. A team of validators visit the school and observe each classroom and the quality of our teaching. To earn accreditation is one of the highest marks of excellence in our field and we are proud that every Creative World School has been awarded this honor after the required first year. One of the reasons this is possible, is that all of our schools are designed and our teachers are trained with accreditation standards in mind before they even open their doors.

We believe in a captivating, learning environment. Throughout our school, you will find spacious classrooms organized with the young child in mind. Rich learning stations invite children to create and construct playfully. We believe in the details and are committed to providing a welcoming environment!

Kid Sized Is the Right Size: In our classrooms, you will find child sized furnishings such as chairs, tables, shelves, sinks and restrooms. This allows children to be independent and comfortable. We know the children spend hours in our care each day and this attention to detail makes a big difference in their day.

Well Stocked Shelves: Sharing is easy in our classrooms because children have a lot of choices. In our younger classrooms, we stategically provide duplicates of some favorites so children do not have to compete as they are learning to share.

Everything Has A Place: Organization is the key to a successful atmosphere in our environments. Our shelves are labeled with pictures of each item so children can help return items to their rightful place.

Play Spaces: Our rooms are designed to accomodate the play patterns of our children. This means that children's learning areas are separated with low shelves to create cozy spaces that allow children to concentrate and focus on their play. Our classrooms are divided into active and quiet zones, areas for small group learning and areas for large motor fun.
